We are looking for an energetic, eager and self-motivated professional to help us keep our patients happy and healthy. Our current hygienist of over 8 years has decided to move on. She’ll be sorely missed by staff and patients alike, but we must cherish an opportunity for change.
We work for An Amazing Dentist. He is honest, patient, kind, and fun-loving. Dr. Kuhre has been practicing for over 20 years. He’s still young and works like it! Dr. Kuhre is expert in almost all fields of dentistry (that keeps me learning something new weekly!) He can do just about anything. His patients adore him and you will too!
We have incredible patients! They are happy when they arrive and they leave the same way. We take pride in that.
Our Staff is Unreal!! The team is organized, skilled and hard-working. The energy in the office is usually pretty high and our staff never skips a beat!
Our front desk staff is highly regarded in our practice. The start-to-finish part of patient satisfaction cannot be measured in value. They are well-trained and motivated to fill the schedule reasonably without making our patients wait or creating stress for the clinical team.
Dr Kuhre has three assistants to help him treat patients. They are highly skilled and awesome with patients. I get rave reviews on all of them daily. They somehow manage to make even the most anxious patients relax and feel comfortable. The assistants are really organized and we all work together for a seamless flow to our day.
Stephanie is our part-time hygienist. She’s been with us for over a year now. ! Stephanie may seem a bit quiet at first, but she has a fun personality. We felt so fortunate to find her after a very long search!
I’m proud to say that our practice administration staff is geared toward employee satisfaction. 98% of our staff that move on, do so on very good terms and with a stunning letter of recommendation in hand!
We promote a drama-free practice. No gossip, no grumbling, no whining. We treat our staff members with respect and expect them to treat each other the same way. It’s a pretty nice place to spend the day!
Your Schedule:
Our hygiene schedule runs at 45 minute intervals. Our hygienist completes a preventive cleaning within 30 minutes and exam and bitewings are scheduled for the remaining 15 minutes.
Full mouth Debridement and Periodontal Maintenance are scheduled for 45 minutes. Both services require periodontal charting and our team is ready to help with that if needed!
Scaling and Root-Planing is scheduled for 1 hour per 2 quadrants.
Vitals for The Position:
Minimum of 2 years experience as RDH
Caring, warm and comforting to patients
You must be able to provide a gentle but thorough cleaning
Strong focus on preventive hygiene
Self-motivated to find dental treatment needs and point them out to the doctor
Team-work mentality is a must. You must be willing to help where needed regardless of the task
Reliability- we need our entire team present every single day. If you miss work, even in frequently, this isn’t the practice for you!
You must be current on all credentials
Hours of operation:
Monday and Wednesday: 9-6
Tuesday and Thursday: 10-7
Friday: 8-12
Salary Range:
Hygienists are paid between $32 and $36 hourly depending on experience.
Continuing education is paid after 6 months of continuous employment and annually thereafter.
